IV.Trust fund : The initial working capital of the trust is Rs. 10,000 invested by the trustees. 29. Plan and implement the charitable, moral and spiritual matters determined by the Trust from time to time.

If any of the members of the trust is required to leave voluntarily but are exempt from financial hardship or illness, the trust must be notified in writing of one month's leave of absence. However, in the event of the death of a trustee, the trustee, who is recognized as the trustee after the heir of the deceased, can continue to do so, and the membership cannot be withdrawn for at least one year after taking any kind of membership on this list.
All meetings of the Trust shall be convened by the Secretary and the proceedings shall be governed by the President.
6. The immovable property purchased for the trust is to be purchased jointly in the name of the President and the Secretary.
7. Documents relating to the sale of the trust's immovable property shall be signed by the President and the Secretary in accordance with the decision of the General Meeting of the Trust.

The Chairman and the General Secretary are empowered to open and maintain the accounts of the institutions.

4. If any of these matters are left unmentioned in the activities of the Trust, they may be subject to the Indian Actors Trust Act.
5. Amendments to the rules can be enlarged with the prior approval of the Commissioner of Income Tax only by a majority decision of the total trustees at a special general body meeting with one month's notice.
6. In case of termination of the Trust for any reason, the entire assets of the Trust are to be transferred to any Trust of the same nature or to the Trust or Government operating under Income Tax 12A.
